From I-40: Exit 123, Head North on Hwy 321 (towards Boone,) Go 2.8 miles (five stoplights) and turn right on to Clement Blvd (there will be a CVS on the corner,) Go through two stoplights (the road will  become Old Lenoir Road,) K&Q will be on the left (after Salon Etc.)
